Cafe Rio Date & Bridal Veil Falls

Ann & I both slept in and lounged around Saturday morning.

We finally dragged our butts out of the house and headed to Cafe Rio for another blogger date.

Because the 2+ hours at Yogurtland the night before just wasn’t enough…

we spent another 2 hours at Cafe Rio chatting about all things running, racing, & marathons.

and because we spent so much time talking about running…

we had to cut our visit to Bridal Veil Falls a little short.

actually… really short…

damn us runners and our need to constantly talk about… running. 😉

we drove right up to Nunn’s Park and walked right up to Bridal Veil.

It was GORGEOUS. The fall colors are beautiful. BEAUTIFUL!

I definitely need to get up there again and run with the gorgeous colors.

After our canyon trip, we all headed back home to get ready for Thriller. 

It was a little bittersweet, since it was Ann’s last day in Utah.

I am seriously so lucky that I have been able to meet (and become friends with) some amazing girls. And all thanks to blogging! Seriously. I would have never met any of my Utah girls or Ann! I mean… how cool is that she flew out to Utah just to meet some of us crazy runners? It still kind of blows my mind. 🙂

I am extremely blessed to have made such amazing friendships with so many great girls.

Can’t wait to start planning my trip to MN to see Ann again and meet all of her local MN blogger girls!
