So here I am rocking my Reebok #getafterit shirt and I thought…

I need some goals to push myself for the rest of the year at Elevated CrossFit.


No better way to  prove to myself that I can #GetAfterIt than to put my goals out there for you guys. Gotta be accountable, right?!

    This is a really good idea. I did the 100 pushup challenge last year and followed it up with the squat challenge, but haven’t set any fitness goals lately. Thanks for the inspiration and good luck on yours! BTW, I am also a former Weight Watcher and fruit lover. A couple months ago I gave up sugar, but struggled with cravings until I limited my fruit. It gets SO MUCH easier once you cut back. I never realized how much fruit was triggering my carb/sugar cravings.

      Thanks for the tip Jaime. I’ve been trying to cut out a lot of my fruit. But it’s been tough. Right now I’m at 2 servings a day. But I’m gonna be fiddling with my diet in the next few weeks to see if I can see some results. 🙂 Set a new fitness goal and join me!
