Screw the scale. I fit back into my cruise dress so I’m trying NOT to care about the # on the scale.
I hit TWO big PRs this week. 205lb Deadlift and 135lb Clean & Jerk
I hate going out to eat. I want to stay home in the comforts of my own kitchen
I STILL miss coffee creamer and lattes.
