The Whole Life Challenge is OVER! 8 weeks of eating clean, daily exercise & mobility, and taking fish oil.
The video is a looooonng one this week. I guess I just have a lot of feelings! 😉

But… in other news (though I mention it in the video) I WON THE WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE at Elevated CrossFit!
You could say I was a little excited (and honestly I was surprised!)
I knew I had a perfect score on the leaderboard, but didn’t realize that I’d lost that many inches and that I had improved that much with the WOD. (I lost 11 inches?! and improved by 40 reps on the WOD)
p.s. I made Diz take me for a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Java Junkie (our local main street java hut) and… I was SO excited. SO looking forward to it. I was counting down the days until I could have one…
and… It was kind of a let down… #waahwaah
I drank about 4 ounces – if that! It was just too sweet! Talk about change in tastes.
